Return Policy – Frivolous Fabrics

At Frivolous Fabrics we take pride in providing high-quality quilting fabrics, notions, and supplies. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.


Fabric & Cut Goods

All fabric is cut specifically to the size requested. Because of this, all cut fabric is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes:

  • Fabric cut from the bolt
  • Pre-cut bundles
  • Fat quarters
  • Fat quarter bundles
  • Jelly rolls, layer cakes, charm packs, and other pre-cut fabrics

 

    Notions & Supplies

    Unopened notions and sewing supplies may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange.

    Items must:

    • Be unused
    • Be in original packaging
    • Include proof of purchase


    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are final sale:

    • Cut fabric
    • Pre-cut fabric bundles
    • Clearance or sale items
    • Quilt kits
    • Patterns and books
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable or digital products
    • Opened notions or tools


    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.



    Online Orders

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.


    Store Credit

    Approved returns will be issued as store credit unless otherwise determined by management.
