General By shopping at Frivolous Fabrics in-store or online, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all purchases, services, and interactions with our business. ⸻ 2. Products & Pricing • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. • We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions and pricing but reserve the right to correct errors. • Fabric is sold by the metre unless otherwise noted. ⸻ 3. Orders & Payments • Full payment is required at the time of purchase. • We accept major credit cards, debit, and gift certificates (in-store only). • Custom orders and special requests must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. ⸻ 4. Returns & Exchanges • Cut fabric, clearance items, kits, patterns, digital downloads, and sale items are final sale. • Other eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days with original receipt and packaging. • Items must be unused and in sellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. ⸻ 5. Gift Certificates • Gift certificates are valid for in-store purchases only and are not redeemable for cash. • Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. ⸻ 6. Classes & Events • Class fees must be paid in full to reserve your spot. • Cancellations with 72+ hours’ notice may be eligible for store credit. • No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable. • Frivolous Fabrics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes as needed. ⸻ 7. Longarm Quilting Services • Quilts must be clean and free of pins, pet hair, and odors. • A signed intake form is required for each project. • A $50 minimum applies; add-on services and rush fees are additional. • We are not liable for damage caused by poor piecing or materials beyond our control. ⸻ 8. Shipping • We currently ship within Canada only. • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless due to our error. ⸻ 9.
