Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. During sales or new collection launches, please allow a little extra time—we’re likely doing a happy dance while packing!
Shipping Within Canada
We currently ship within Canada only.

Flat Rate Shipping: $20 CAD (for most orders)

Free Shipping: On orders over $200 CAD (pre-tax, after discounts)

Local Pickup: Free!

Delivery Time: Usually 3–10 business days depending on location
All shipments include tracking. You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your package is on the way.
Exclusions

We do not ship to PO boxes in remote areas or military addresses (CAF) at this time.

We do not offer local delivery.
Returns
Returns are limited to 10 days after purchase with receipt. Must be unused and still have original packaging. Certain items may be ineligible for returns such as custom made products, custom assembled kits or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item.For online returns customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact me within 24 hours of delivery.
Privacy
Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.Please note if you sign up for the Newsletter Email Marketing you can unsubscribe at any point.
